Suppose you've been playing Final Fantasy XIV since before Endwalker and hit the previous max level of 80. In that case, you will have been earning Allagan Tomestones of Apologue and Allagan Tomestones of Revelation. These previous loftier-stop currencies were used to purchase level 80 gear, weapons, and items. But with the release of Endwalker, these currencies have been discontinued and are no longer earnable or tradable.
